The NEXT Solution
Hybrid Training is a happy combination of Personal Training and our Strength and Conditioning Classes. Essentially, you do a couple sessions a week with a trainer and take classes as well. It works well as a budget solution as well as a great Progressive Maintenance option.

You’ll always work with your trainer and he/she will develop a program specific to your needs. They’ll teach you and train you every step of the way.
Strength and Conditioning Classes
Our Strength and Conditioning Classes are focused, intense, and fun. Each class will focus on a specific muscle group or function. We’ll train hard, not long. You’ll be able to easily fit these into your schedule as they run from early morning to late at night. It will pair perfectly with your personal training program.

Many times people start out with personal training and then transition to hybrid training. This is also a good option for anyone relatively new to fitness.
