Our Group Personal Training Sessions are designed to get results AND be fun. Working with a trainer is the best way to get results. Our sessions are designed just like personal training sessions so you get the most results with the least amount of time.
Strength Training is the most important thing any human can do, fitness-wise. A proper strength training program will grow your strength while bolstering your joint health, stability, bone-density, and protecting against injury (not creating them). We design our workouts to be focused, intense, and correct. You can train hard and still be safe.
No more “just cardio”. No more casual “hope for the best” workouts. It’s time to do time-efficient high-intensity interval training. This is the fastest way to strength your heart and condition your body for success, even if you’re brand new to fitness. Our trainers adjust the exercises to meet your needs. We’re ready to ramp it up, or tone it down.

Get Worked with the Right Tools
There are a lot of tools that we use in our workouts to produce the results you want. Here are a few that we utilize frequently to get you the results you want and workouts that work.
We use kettlebells for dynamic motions as well as basic lifts. They are an extremely versatile tool that we can use to work almost every part of your body. We have a fever and the only cure is more Kettlebell.
Dumbbells and Barbells
Some times you just need to lift WEIGHT. We use our dumbbells and barbells frequently to stimulate your muscles for growth. We always make sure you’re using the right weight to get something out of what you’re doing.
TRX and More
We utilize the TRX in our Strength and Core Programs. It’s a great tool for integrating body weight control into your workouts. Also, we use bands and boxes creatively to help you train certain bio-mechanical motions.

Access Change is the first fitness center I’ve actually stuck to, and it’s because of their awesome workouts and trainers. I was never successful in going to the gym by myself, but being in a group setting while still having personal, one-on-one instruction is the best of both worlds. Work your entire body in a fun, “I’m-so-worked-I-feel-like-a-noodle” sort of way.

One pushes up, the other pushes down. Train opposing muscle groups to maximize effort.

One pushes, the other pulls. Rest one side while working the other. A great way to push yourself harder.
