Train With Purpose and Guidance
Our VIP & Fitness Sessions are a great way to get the personal attention of one-on-one training while still having fun in a group. You'll experience what it feels like to have a trainer that truly cares about you and your goals.
Train Semi-Privately with 3-6 other trainees with your trainer. Each member of the group will have similar goals and ideal time slots.
Train in a Group with up to 12 other trainees. The sessions rotate daily and new workouts are written each week with a lot of scheduling options.
We do advanced body composition testing to figure out your body, then we design a nutrition program specific to you that will get you to your goal.

We Take All the Top Training Methods and Combine them For Best Results
Weight lighting 101… Push-ups, Pull-ups, etc. When performed the right way, this stuff really works well and should not be neglected in your training program.
New training styles are released daily. Nothing we choose is unsafe, but we like to mix it up and challenge our trainees with “unconventional” stuff.
Rather than Cardio, we do interval based conditioning which can help you lose body fat (not muscle, like cardio) and increase your energy and endurance.

Access Change is the first fitness center I’ve actually stuck to, and it’s because of their awesome workouts and trainers.
